Slab-Jacking (Concrete Lifting)
Sunken concrete in your home or garage? Instead of replacement, Slab-Jack it!
XL Concrete Solutions has two slab-jacking units, and can provide a repair that will cost you less than half of pouring new concrete.
With our lifting process, we pump material underneath the old concrete through a series of holes. This fills voids below your concrete, and brings your concrete back to level.
While cost-effective, Slab-Jacking offers the following benefits:
- Stops water from seeping underneath and creating further erosion.
- Eliminates tripping hazards.
- Makes your concrete slab visually appealing.
Crack Stitching and Repair
XL's crack stitching is a very affordable way to deal with unsightly cracks in your concrete.
Our crack stitching not only improves the appearance of your concrete; it also extends its lifespan, eliminates future tripping hazards, and assists in holding the concrete together to prevent further cracking.
Concrete Overlays
For a variety of reasons, you may find your concrete falling victim to scaling or chipping.
Or, perhaps you would just like a fresh new surface on your existing concrete.
Either way, XL's concrete overlays prevent concrete spaulding due to winter freeze-thaw cycles. An XL overlay also has greater anti-slip properties than regular concrete... and it's you-friendly: there is no need for re-landscaping or down-time.
